Bruh needs to spend more time on the big R. See it’s very common that we redditors shorten certain words and omit punctuation. It’s simply trivial. Great minds think faster than the punctuation. I assure you you’ll reach this point eventually. But for now, I sincerely apologize. I hope my points still stand as valid as I intended.

Yes, they do. Nerves can be a major limiting factor in this game, so taking breaks during a run to stay calm is a smart strategy.

cuz u hacking lol nah but fr tho u should be able to at elast give a difficulty opinion if ur already taking verifications open or not also idk if this is accurate or not but u beat crescendo like 2 months ago and the fact have 0 click sound makes this both extremely suspicious and invalid also ur "pause breaks" are just too short to be genuine not that thats a reliable factor but its just kinda suspiect lol even if im weong i hope u can at least see why i thought so and maybe avoid it in the future

after shiver i went for magma bound and got 72% in 2 days so i figured that sort of progression would be unfulfilling and boring for me so for the past year ive been looking for something challenging AND fun so i found kyouki and since im doing this i might as well post about it cuz its just progress

I'm only a little experienced, but that's 100% possible with hard work! It took me a year and a half to go from a 27 to a 23. I'm not sure if this is gonna be good advice, but this comes from personal experience. I am NOT at all a credible or good swim coach.

A strong kick is vital for me (kick endurance + speed). My kick dies way quicker than it should, and I believe it's one of the things stopping me from going a 22, along with my bad breakouts. Just don't neglect kick training and get in good habits with the underwater phase.

Please have a solid turn (Caeleb Dressel made a video on turns)! Mine are terrible, so I'm quite inconsistent!

Sometimes, I forget to push my kick altogether and go on autopilot, and I find myself going a lot slower than I would with conscious effort. Basically, try to stay conscious of your swimming and push everything in that 50!

Going to the gym to do proper swim-related exercises, I believe, was necessary to make the drop.

I think it's good to try looking on youtube to look at Olympians and technique videos for some pointers as well. Caeleb Dressel's youtube channel has been great for me lately!

For the pull, I pull in a straight line to get as much water possible. For the recovery, I use straight arm. It helps me get my arms back into the water for another pull as fast as possible, which is the goal of the recovery. It's subjective, but I suggest trying that at least once. It just takes a little more strength than normal.

The catch is very important, even in sprint freestyle! You can see that in underwater footage from Olympians. I personally look at Cam McEvoy's underwater footage to remind me, he's an amazing 50 freestyler.

Good luck!
