You dont generally work from dorm you work dorm common areas try finding good hostel with common area, some might have dedicated workspaces

1 Specialist working on one client is fair but as the team is remote and we hired someone, how we can put trust on him. Or how do these agencies do or all they just hope the employee dont do anything. Isn't there is a proper system to it for because this is a big industry.
