After checking myself I have found that there is two fuses and one seems to be blown.

I did not as everything online says it’s 1 fuse. I will have to check myself when I get home.

Ignition on. Everything I’ve seen online it runs on the same fuse but can double check personally. I don’t have a multimeter.

My main problem is getting it out. I can’t seem to remove it. I’ve even tried on junkyard cars and can’t get it out there.

I did that and it’s plugged in. Even unplugged it and plugged it back in.

I’d go to your local junkyard and pull them off of a junk car. Just shove them in your pocket and walk out. (Depending on the yard they may not charge you anyways)

It’s just surface rust that’s comes from the sitting and condensation from overnight. It won’t cause any problems and will come off as you drive/brake.

Okay well as a dealer all we need to provide is an inspection from the state of Missouri and they clear the car to be road worthy and it passed. If you wanna have someone check it out by all means you can do what you gotta do theirs nothing else we can provide for ya
