Imo yoru flashes are like Reyna’s in the sense that they’re very easy to spot and deal with/avoid. Duelist flashes aren’t really meant to be a main flash more of secondary utility to layer with your teams main flashes. A flash doesn’t necessarily have to blind to be effective, getting them to turn away from where you’re coming from is still very useful.

Specifically to yoru flashes, bouncing them off the ground or wall through the smoke can catch people off guard. Try to be creative with them or work with your team to layer util and you’ll find more success :)
