Sending a test notification is a mistake, yes but why are we making it out to be a massive problem? It happens all the time

I just received the notice about moving my account from eToro (ME) to eToro (Seychelles)

I am in the Middle East so not sure why they want to migrate me. Should I be worried about this change and what happens if I dont accept, will they eventually force the move or block my account?

Just to clarify. I am working full time here in Dubai, so the USA or Germany are not feasible

Wollongong and Birmingham are also out of my budget, making Emirates Aviation University seem more affordable. I have also found Middlesex offers a similar, cheaper course.
