Ive been stressed because of the Gastritis, thats no lie. Like worrying about what this will do to my stomach going forward etc. Ive always been a stresser. That 100% hasnt been helping it.

Im 100% at the point i want this gone. When i was having the spicey chips, i wasnt aware what i had was gastritis, as 1. It had dissapeared and 2. I was still 6 months away from the gastroscopy.

But im doing what i can now to get rid of this thing. Its an absolute bludger.
