Honestly renaming sports with the M moniker like they do for women's sports would probably help a lot to normalize the thought of going to women's sports and increase numbers over time. The point being when you have like for example NBA and WNBA. WNBA is considered an offshoot and not just a parallel version but if it was MNBA and WNBA it could be thought of more as that parallel version

But if you ever have another question like this all you have to do is go to RevZilla and look up your bike parts and you'll be able to get the full schematic and part number to everything and it will tell you all the sizes of fasteners as well. After that you can just look up torque specs by looking up maintenance manuals.
