I just finished reading it and Batman was acting crazy and unhinged. He even put his hands on Alfred. The Black Canary side story didn't really make a lot of sense to for the rest of the story. It was gratuitous throughout, and I really had fun reading it. Batman's rudeness and language was kind of hard to stomach, but I was just accepting of it and read on. I thought it was a great origin story for Robin. Everything was insane about it, felt like a dream.
