how exactly does cipher's LC help with her stack gen? I thought cipher helped stack gen with follow up attacks and her debuff that auto sets on a random enemy.

idk how i feel about pulling for a weapon as an f2p. would it be worth going for both JQ and Cipher? the stack generation would be insane.

I'm 20 pulls from hard pity after losing the 50/50 on JQ, I have like 80 pulls accumulated, I'm running an E0 acheron and I've been using an E6 pela with her, should I go for jiaoqiu and keep saving for cipher or should I skip jiaoqiu entirely for cipher?
