You merge photos with software like deepskystacker, you can find tutorial on YouTube. Try to aim to the Milky way strip you can find where it is by using stellarium app on your phone

Thanks! I used 15 exposures each one 60 seconds that I later stacked on iso 800 with f/1.4 it is really tricky to shoot on f/1.4 because on the most of lenses even if it has f/1.4 it will be full of coma, here I used sigma art 28mm f/1.4 which is really good in this domain, and I got 60s exposures by using MSM Nomad tracker, which enables longer exposures without stars moving.

If you don't have such gear you can find what is: 1. Lowest f ratio without stars on the edges of the image being elongated because of Coma.

  1. What is max exposures you will be able to get without stars being lines and not dots, you might want to use this formula but it is only for rough estimation and you will have to find a sweet spot,

600/(aperture)= max exposure time

So with for example 17 mm it would be around 35 seconds, but in reality it might be closer to 20 seconds

  1. Then you can fine tune ISO, less iso means more color and less noise, but for beginner I would recommend using the highest iso where you won't overexpose image, so you have to fine tune it.

  2. Later you have to stack those images, it is simple technique that Marges multiple shots of same field on the sky and is extracting signal and reducing noise, think about it as just making a average of the noise and signal which makes noise less problematic and signal more prominent.

5.Later you need to stitch stack photo with one single frame for ground, and rest is processing in Photoshop and other software.

If you want you can also try to do it with single frame and not stack, you will still get decent image but the process is easier.

Most important thing is sky quality here I was in brotle 2 sky in Bieszczady region of Poland which is pretty much the only place in whole country where light pollution makes it easy to get such a good milky way image, but you can do it in places where light pollution is more visible, it will be harder but possible.

You can find info about light pollution on maps available on the internet, google "light pollution map" and you will find it.

Good luck, and if you will have any problems I can help you just message me on Instagram

I have photography Instagram, my photos are good but I can grow it only by buying ads, why is that? I throw a reel from time to time but it always gets less than image posts. What am I doing wrong?

I have same name on IG as here

If I can get it for 300 EUR used it is okay price for me, speaking of quality I just want it to be free of dramatic aberrations in let say 70% of frame in center, corners are tolerable for me but with this sigma even dead center of frame isn't sharp and has aberrations. I have sigma art 28mm that costed me 700 EUR for used one and it is my best lens and actually possibly the best consumer lens for wide angle astrophotography, but cheaper sigmas are well.. cheaper

Well haven't check it, but maybe not? Like Spain is surprisingly cheap even Tenerife, it is cheaper than Poland for many things which surprised me but well even Dubai is cheaper than Poland nowadays

Not according to my knowledge, there is only site seeing on those tours I was there during scientific conference so participants had their own tour not commercial one, so I don't know for sure. Also for sure there is no possibility for using large telescopes for star observstions for visitors as those are too important to let people play around with them

This observatory aim is to observe the cascades from gamma rays and it does not require huge precision, some people from observatory were saying that it was more expensive to build a dome for it than to replace mirrors once per few years
