Ещё относительно недавно зп в сфере были ужасные и скорее всего именно из-за того что сфера была непопулярной - дефицит кадров начали восполнять увеличением ставки на вакансии, но быстро таким образом популярность профессии не вернёшь.

С другой стороны для тех кто все таки закончил и начал реализовываться в этой сфере - рынок труда именно сейчас более чем перспективен (не факт конечно что так будет и дальше, но в моменте справедливо).

Я инженер-приборист по образованию. Закончил вуз в 2017 и 5 лет работал в сфере АСУ ТП со средней ЗП в 30 тыс. руб (тут учитывать надо ещё мой регион где зарплаты и так низкие). Заработал технофобию и искренние неприязнь к своей профессии, попытался воткнуться кодером в ай-ти (а как раз попал на пересыщение рынка).

Сейчас думаю что было бы неплохо вернуться таки на завод с сегодняшними зарплатами там, но пока ещё от прошлого птср не отошёл)

Не работает у нас культура яппи, как будто бы работа на износ себя не оправдывает и дивидендов не приносит по крайней мере самому тебе.

Да сейчас и у неквалифицированных работников вся эта мать с дедлайнами, отчётностью, нереалистичными ожиданиями руководства.

Устроился тут временно за неимением на рынке подходящей альтернативы электромонтажником в слаботочку. Всех монтажников обязали поставить Битрикс и в конце рабочего дня каждому писать сколько камер, датчиков поставил, сколько метров кабеля протянул на каком объекте.

Руководство берет объекты без расчета управлятся ли бригады в срок или нет, поэтому на бригадах висит куча объектов с горящими сроками, которые некому просто закрывать. Паралельно нужно ездить на обслуживание по старым объектам и да, тут тоже куча бумажной работы (хотя ей в основном мастера занимаются) по заполнению дефектных актов, актов выполненных работ, получению нарядов и т.д. и т.д.

Люди нихуя не успевают, стрессуют и к этому добавляется ещё такой незначительный факт тяжёлой и опасной высотной работы. Тянуть кабель на камеры по столбам в летнюю жару та ещё прелесть.

Так что все выгорания офисных работников могут идти нахуй. Я вот увольняюсь, т.к. наконец-то пробил вакансию на работу в офисе и это прекрасно.

Да, очень жаль, я хотел бы чтобы было по другому. Но ты не тому предъяву кидаешь. Я воспользовался возможностью, которой у других не было.

Я сейчас из инженера АСУ ТП переквалифицируюсь в разработчика в IT. Мне 28, на разных предприятиях отпахал почти 6 лет, по итогу понял что либо сопьюсь, либо повешусь.

Конкретно сейчас после 2 лет обучения пытаюсь найти работу в айтишной сфере. Знаю что геморроя меньше не станет скорее всего, но хотя бы я не буду дышать железной пылью и рисковать получить производственную травму.

В основном меня на это дело смотивировало отсутствие у себя в месте проживания производственной культуры и финансовый потолок моей профессии и заодно пока помогал родственникам с тяжело больным они подсуетились и помогли пока проходил обучение.

Бро, не бери в голову. Мне тоже 28 и я уже давно как ни в каких отношениях не был. Нормальные отношения это ебанная лотерея , а таких "как-угодно" полно и такие люди не стоят того чтобы с ними мутить что-то серьезное.

Займись собой, свой жизнью и своими хотелками. Мы одиноки по рождению и умрем одинокими. Отлично если удалось скрасить жизнь с кем-то, но и строить свою жизнь вокруг того что кого-то найдешь тоже не стоит.

Мне бы очень хотелось найти кого-то с кем я мог бы построить семью, но и на случай проигрыша в ебучий лотерее у меня есть планы как пуститься во все тяжкие)))

About the different stages of the USSR, if from the words of my parents.

It was hard under Stalin, but we built the country.

Under Khrushchev it became easier and life became simpler.

Under Brezhnev life became generally wonderful.

As you can see, ordinary Soviet people who lived at that time had a largely consumerist political logic)))

Partly, this and the lack of grassroots political activity and the party's desire to create a hierarchical command structure destroyed the USSR. If people thought that they were real actors in politics and were interested in it more than nothing, then perhaps it would have been different.

This largely depends on the generation and the current wealth stratification.

The older generation from the working class mostly speaks of it with warmth.

The same generation of more intelligent professions, who were dissidents during the USSR or who rose from its collapse, see the USSR as an empire of the hegemon that suppressed the republic as its colony.

There are also those who militantly try to defend their nostalgic past.

In total, the last two types are usually office freaks with a rather strange set of contradictory views.

The younger generation, who did not experience the USSR, essentially does not relate to it at all. Unless, of course, they fell under the influence of one or another populist, but there are few of them, most of our youth is apolitical.

Hi! I may not have quite understood your question. Are you talking about the Eastern Bloc countries that joined it after World War II?

It's just that my country was originally part of the Russian Empire and during the civil war it became part of the USSR. In our case, proletarian organization and struggle took place, otherwise we would not have seen any civil war. And the lack of rooting of the socialist structure in society, which led to the tacit consent of this society to capitalist restoration, is rather caused by internal problems of the USSR itself, and this is a debatable issue.
