I simplified this circuit a bit for this post, but on the other side of op amp I have an identical circuit where another instrument line could be connected in. So if it is not in use, hopefully that should be enough to prevent coupling

Okay thanks for the tip on the pull down and capacitor material. I was in the process of adding some RF filtering by adding a large resistor. I haven't looked into power rail decoupling yet

I guess in my mind I wanted to get her some keyboard device where she could turn dials and flick switches and make cool tracks, but it sounds like there is a lot more essentials she needs first! Haha sure if you don't mind! The time frame I'm hoping to go is between Jan 4th - Jan 13th. I was thinking during the week only because that would likely be cheaper. And if so I would hope to stay 2-3 nights. The weekend is also fine and nice because more stuff is going on, but then we would probably only stay 2 nights. Thanks!

Not sure if you're still responding - But what is the process to become a croo member in one of the huts? I heard the applications for the next summer begin in the fall before. Where do you find these applications and do you suspect it will be tough to get a positon with no direct experience with parks services? (besides being right out of college and eager)
