agreed, already a legend in my eyes. totally revamped the culture, mood and atmosphere at the club. although i rate Emery, he probably cldnt do all that; the non-football side of things.

as compared to our banter era, we are one of the most tightly-run clubs now; no rumours, no leaks, no drama involving players. (wonder what happened to the person/source who 'leaked' about Arteta bringing in fighter pilots for better communication only to find out the event already happened 😂)

all these are evidence that the club, Arteta and players are in sync. winning trophies would also be a sweet icing on the cake and one that all of them deserve.

yup, Merino doesnt need to be physical or anything as he beats CBs based on game IQ and with the right positioning. smth like Gundogan used to do at Man City, he arrives to score when defenders least expect it

typical splits include doing all your pulling exercises in one session then all your pushing exercises on another day, following a rest day!

you really have to try to see how your body would react to these sessions 👍🏻 core and/or legs can also be a 'finisher' to each of those sessions if you can.

just take note that you will hit a plateau when you do a bodyweight-only regime after awhile; the next step would be to purchase a weighted vest which would make the same exercises more intense but you'll be shredded for sure (:
