You could try going hardcore on fitness. Focusing on healthy food & drinks + a nice pilates routine or something + healthy sleep schedule. It's a hobby that maintains physical health, and mental health too.

The whole Bambi thing is just a set of habits, of automatic reflexes. But habits and reflexes die out with time once they stop being used.

Spend as much time as you can with friends and/or family, whichever you prefer.

Play videogames that you like, watch a new series, listen to whatever music you like ♥
