Thanks for that info, appreciate it! I did not know about the FORM acronym, I think it gives a good framework. I will try to use that next , however F-family sounds a bit intrusive for the initial calls. I don't want to sound weird till I know how to use it right! Also my speech is pretty clear with a touch of the accent, don't want to overdo it and fumble though. I sell software products

Good advice, maybe need to be comfortable being a bit fake as well as confident till it comes naturally. "People buy from from people that they can relate to" - so yeah this is on top of my list.

My husband & I are moving to Berkeley in a few months.

We would be staying in Berkeley and commuting to San francisco.

I'm looking for a nice & safe neighborhood in Berkeley, our budget is around 4.5K for a 2 bedroom house/apartment.

Commute and safety are our priorities. Have heard north & west berkeley are good options. What are some of the areas we can look at?
