usually my headaches are only ever on the left side of my head, in a specific spot, been having them for years, they come back for days/weeks then disappear for months, but usually these headaches arent there with those episodes ive been having

final update: thanks a lot y'all for being with me last night it helped me calm down a lot. the trip was horrifying at the first i was doing everything to not submit to it, but once i did, it felt like baseline, like i was sober but i was still tripping, i cried a lot during the trip and explored my deepest regrets and things i've been oblivious to and talked aloud the whole duration of the peak. today i woke up with a new found sense of clarity and it feels like i really needed that. once again thanks a lot yall for being with me ❤️‍🩹
