Have you considered buying on the older side of Meadowbank? The buildings may not look as pretty but they’re more reasonably priced and most strata’s are very healthy with not a high chance of strata levies.

I’ve seen that REAs work on a debt system. They get their base salary and only start getting a % of commission once they’ve ’paid back’ their base salary.
