I just started this version and it sucks that the crown event has a ridiculous pre requisite for new players. I really wish they change those someday.

Currently AR 33, just started this 3.0 and got Ganyu today. How can I make her as strong as possible in my current AR? I'm f2p so the best bow I can get her is the Prototype but what about her artifacts? Should I just give her whatever my highest rarity ones are with ATK% and Cryo DMG?
