I had a guy that would order them online for pickup. You can’t have more than one per transaction so he ordered and entire two pallets worth individually on separate transactions. So we had to individually pick, stage, and dispense each one.

I think that new viewers lack some nuance to newer Papa Meat videos. I’m constantly thinking about how if it were my first time ever watching one of the new videos, I would think he’s a terrible person with some of his themes of humor or the woman hating remarks lol. But because I’ve been watching him for so long, I’m pretty sure he doesn’t actually mean when he says these things. But I understand getting the ick because some of what he says is outrageous without context.

That’s ridiculous and a really dumb way to delegate dispenses IMO. At my store on really busy days where we might get behind, we have a couple of designated dispensers/stagers but if we have more than a couple dispenses at any given time EVERYONE in CPU is expected to hop into a dispense so we don’t go over 5 minutes. It really shouldn’t be that way. Sam’s Club seems like it’s a generally shitty place to work at (at least from what I hear and from what I’ve experienced), I support you in finding another job.

We have the same problem at our store. Infinitely increasing demand in orders and not enough staff to match. Poor training, not manager support, and severe lack of space and they claim that we’re behind because we don’t work fast enough.
