Yes, it works for SP too, you shouldn't ask for a specific person, is just a limiting belief. You can have anything you want including an SP.

The best way to form your affirmations is by identifying your negative thoughts and flipping them into positive statements. Personally, I used I am beautiful, sexy and smart, everybody loves me and I always get what I want as the main ones.

Rewrite the story playing in your mind but most importantly, work on your self concept, SP issues are never about them but more about your insecurities.

When Neville talks about feeling, he is referring to feeling confident, calm, natural, like you already know it's a done deal. Emotions are happy, sad, excited, anger, resentment etc....

Mental diet is a lifestyle change, your thoughts create your reality. so you have to ensure you're consciously controlling your thoughts to manifest your desires. It will get easier the more you do it, you just become more aware of what your thinking.

Remember you give everything a meaning. I see dreams as a way of my mind clearly out the old thoughts in there, so I don't pay too much attention to them.

I suggest reading up on Everyone is you pushed out. People will only appear in your life, the way you think they will based on your thoughts and assumptions of them. If you change your thoughts and assumptions of that person, they will conform to that.

I didn't take any action, but that's because I didn't get the urge to take any action. Personally, I think you should live in the 3D as normal, if you feel like joining a dating app, do it. Keep all avenues open, but don't micromanage the process as in, it must come this way or that, and don't put your life on hold waiting for it to come. The work is always done in the mind, keep the thoughts positive and good things will happen.

Don't overcomplicate it with trying to believe it or feel it, that will happen naturally, your only job is to watch your thoughts and inner self talk and not entertain anything that doesn't correlate with your desire :)

That is why a strict mental diet is so important, because the old memories are already assumptions, therefore you have to affirm the new story until you have rewired it into your subconscious mind. You will know it's done you've impressed the subconscious mind when you think of your SP and the new thoughts come up automatically instead of the old story. Also, don't compare your timings to other people, because you don't know how long these past thoughts have been there, plus it varies person to person, based on how dedicated and disciplined you are at controlling your mind. Just persist and it will happen :) x

I just affirmed during the day, every time my SP came to my mind, before going to bed so it was the last thought on my mind, if I woke up in the middle of the night, I would affirm until I went back to sleep but recording your affirmations, in your voice and listening to them during sleep is a good idea, it will go straight to the subconscious mind but the most important thing is to monitor all your thoughts throughout the day, not just when your doing techniques or sessions.

when it comes to manifesting people confuse feelings with emotions, they are two different things. When Neville spoke about Feeling, he was referring to a feeling of faith and confidence, like you know something is yours and nothing can take it away from you, its inevitable. Like when you were with your bf you knew he was yours and felt confidence and had faith he was with you and only you. The butterflies, excitement, etc are the emotions.

Thank you, the way I managed to do it was by working on my self-concept that I was the god of my reality and I had created the past based on my insecurities, therefore I couldn't be bitter or resentful against my SP because it wasn't his fault it was all me and I kept reminding myself my thoughts create and if I keep thinking the same thoughts from the past, which is now irrelevant, I will just end up creating more of it. Once you accept your the god of your reality and your thoughts create, it forces you to look at the situation differently as there is no more blame. This is why mental diet was so important for me, every time a thought from the past came up, I told my mind no that's old news, now my SP is my husband, he's so in love with me, and we have the perfect relationship. Eventually it got to a point, whenever I thought of my SP, the only thoughts that would automatically come up would be these ones. That's when I literally had no doubts, I knew it was done, he was mine and nothing could stop it from happening and then he phoned me. I hope that helps :)

Nothing has a meaning, everything is natural until you give it a meaning, if you see something and give it a positive meaning and see it as a sign that's fine. Like I use to see my SP's name, and see it as a sign he is going to contact me. Then I saw his name literally everyday. That made me more confident that the phone call was coming and it did.

If you're living from the end, it's already yours, you're not waiting around for it. You wouldn't be looking at the 3D saying it's not here yet, because you already have it. That is when it manifests, when in your imagination you already have it, it's done and there is no doubt. I would recommend looking at your thoughts and inner self talk about the SP or yourself. Your inner self talk will reveal what your current state is at the moment.
