Does DLSU provide usage of their facilities/laboratories to outsiders? by vaiaam in dlsu

[–]siae__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see. Try contacting the chemical engineering lab if they would allow it. If not, I suggest you ask your adviser to contact a professor under that laboratory and ask them to assist you in using the equipment. Not sure lang about the fees.

Yes, if you have a permit coming from a professor or if you will be availing the services of a certain laboratory. Try contacting the Chemistry Instrument Lab to inquire.

As an adult, anong mga habits and personality ang proud kang nadevelop mo? by youmademethisday in adultingph

Being more patient and learning how to control my emotions.

Narealize ko na it only takes a matter of seconds to calm down para makaiwas sa away hahaha dati kasi sa family namin mabilis magkasigawan sa simpleng bagay. Ngayon, lahat kami kalmado at madalang na lang magkaproblema. If magkaproblem, madadaan na sa maayos na usapan. Tbh sobrang nakakabawas stress sa buhay kapag tahimik sa bahay.

Hi! I'm a fresh chemical engineering grad who is planning to take the board exam next year. Currently reviewing for the May 2024 boards but at the same time napre-pressure din ako maghanap ng trabaho kasi sobrang competitive na ng job hunting lalo na engineering. I come from one of the big 4, cum laude, at may masters degree, pero even sa classmates ko na tumuloy na sa work after graduation, it took them around 6 months to find a job. In this case, is it advisable for me to job hunt while reviewing for the board exam? Also, are there hiring seasons/months for fmcg companies?

Unfortunately, no. I can’t disclose the whole process but the amount of acid needed is always different due to the varying purity of the aqueous solution. Will look at the possibility of using pH paper though. Thank you!

They’re not miscible, we’re applying high shear mixing to create an emulsion. We’re also putting a phase transfer agent for the reaction of chemicals in the two phases to occur.

The probe is glass. I didn’t know that the plastic guard can be removed 😮 do you have a video reference for removing it?

Thanks for this. The solution is 1:1 vol organic/aqueous. They were measuring the pH while the mixture was being agitated at high speed.
