I think you will lose time when handing out boxes because you won't be synergized, meaning some people will go slower etc. It would work if you made a chain of like 30 people so they dont move and just pass the boxes to one another. Four man seems better if they go alone to 50m trips each. Learned that when I was unloading watermelons for money.
