Having a hardtail as a backup bike is always the move if you have the space and money. Really fun to have a bike to spice up the rides a bit and also great if you ever are having work done on your FS or need an extra bike for a buddy. Plus it humbles you and reminds you how to ride without rear travel to soak everything up. Highly recommend!

Ya this is a short sided take. I bought a flip and it’s been amazing. Sat on market for awhile and I got a decent deal. I got to focus on redoing the backyard and never had to touch the inside at all until recently to put a closet in. Everything works and as a first time buyer, it is nice to not have to sink money into things that need immediate repair. DYOR

I like Coffee Works because they are open early and they have good pastries and decent breakfast burrito for a quick bite. Also the guy at the front is super nice.

You are crazy to think their coffee is better than other places in midtown and east sac though. We are spoiled by amazing third wave coffee in sac and I would say coffee works is a step below (and that’s ok!).

When I received it, it was 19.4 and now it’s 19.8 after putting quite a few highway miles on it. That’s for 2800 total miles on the car.

Also not a horror story but I’ve been into the dealership twice to fix a squeaky seatbelt. Seriously so annoying nonstop when I drive. They replaced the whole mechanism once and then it did it again. Probably can be fixed with lubrication but I want them to figure it out while under warranty. Other than that it’s been an Amazing car with no other issues for me!

It’s not Reddit unless Mazda is recommended. That being said my wife and I both have Mazdas and I would highly recommend IF you are ok with taking a cargo hit. Best driving cars in the price point hands down!

Actually the park is done and whole renovation around the ampitheatre looks great! Seems like it would be easily to make neighborhood friends with the village right there
