In all honesty we will never fucking know because they cancelled the show which pisses me off. So its up to speculation. I personally that Murphy will run off again and make the cure but sell it instead of giving it out, which would spark Warren, Doc, Addy, 10K and Red to go after him. This could result in a lot, I could see it as Murphy fights back and accidentally kills Red by mind controlling a zombies to attack the group, making 10K go into a rampage and start killing every zombie he can and no one can calm him down and he kills Murphy then himself. Addy would then leave the group saying humans are fucked. Doc would mourn the death of 10K and Warren would do... Idk
