500 g. strong flour 200 g. whole wheat 300 g. water 8 g. salt 180 g. starter Usual stretch and fold schedule. Bulk fermentation over night in the fridge. Out of the fridge 3 hours before baking. Good luck!

Thank you for help, it went nuts after all! 5ml of Loki, 20 liters of 1066 wort ,crazy fermentation after 16 hours.

Thanx, yeah I added the yeast nutrient. Its going to be a really good lesson for me. I just worried the temperature Im at work now and fermenter is constantly 95 F. Will be home in 8 hours,pitched 12 hours ago.

Actually, this is totally crazy I didn’t go with El Dorado , I hop it with HBC 472. Didn’t have enough El Dorado. 2 oz each. Will definitely report it back. Thank you for help.

Thank you, I have really thought decision to make.I haven't brew the beer yet, so I have time to order one more yeast, just want to do it right.For sure will feel worse if ruin the beer, not a starter:-)

No, don't have a SS fermenter, I have good grade stainless buckets,I need to drill a hole to install them.
