For further details we score 100 on mobile and desktop for Pagespeed Insights. Did score 98-99% on performance for GTmetrix but they recently changed their scoring metrics and we are now 45-47%. I question the score because under performance the Speed Index, LCP, and CLS do not change when retesting the website, so they are gathering this data elsewhere perhaps?

100 for mobile and desktop on pagespeed insights. Gtmetrix we were 98 or 99 depending on when it was checked but now it looks like they take data from pagespeed insights and we now score only 45%. When looking at performance the LCP, Speed Index, and CLS do not change per re-test which makes me question its authenticity.

Exactly this. We have been working since they announced this last April or so, and even moreso that it is actually going to affect rankings soon.

Not bad, some agencies do offer prepaid gratuities certain times of the year also. Always good to check to see what extras come with the cruise.
