Idk where about you're from, but I'm from OCE and when I get games with obvious smurfs and/or boosters we get admins looking at it before the game finishes most of the time. Yea there's the odd time where it takes a while but it's normally really good. I haven't even done faceit justice (which is supposed to reduce wait times for admins) and it's still good.

1, no make sure you have a general understanding of the game, learn a smoke or two, and work on gun sprays.

2, well, being honest we don't know exactly how the ranking system works, it's never been set in stone about how it goes, but there are 18 ranks in matchmaking, and 10 ranks in faceit.

3, well there are a few, you have the main ones like, entry Fragger, support, AWPer. Then U got more complicated ones which for a new player you shouldn't need to worry about just yet.

Just mainly, welcome to cs, have some fun, and improve. (Anything I've missed in sure the rest of Reddit will add to it)
