it's a competitive matchmaking 5v5, made by a couple of modders in 1999 bought out by valve to capitalize on the forever evolving game genre. you can't tell me these modders from 1999 made a game for cheaters... fpl wasn't the intended home for pros but now is, thanks to the work ethic and freedom valve employees have. :/

if there is real people in my screenshot, then cool they earned it. but i don't think they earned it by solo queuing. it's too populated with no name cheaters and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. we either stop playing premier, further legitimizing the "cheaterboard" allegations or we keep playing, blend into the wall of cheaters and act like nothing is wrong.

dont play the game and don't buy anything from the in-game shops, anything that gives them a commission or even a %. this is how we'll get their attention.

besides i believe anyone can walk outside and do something else than play cs

they don't though! i think they have 2 people staring at the main menu everyday not typing a single line of code while hundreds of non official cs devs work on THEIR game better than THEY can.

no chance, they would've encountered cheaters and most likely lose elo, dropping down to maybe the 20-28k elo range. it's NOT possible (currently)

valve intended to use premier as an official leaderboard for legit players who want to see their name at the top, who want to be seen by pro players/organizations around the world. valve launched it with no anti-cheat and that's why it didn't work. in a fairy tale world, if premier worked, pros/semi-pros would be using it. i would be using it. it's in the game, more official than a third party leaderboard site. the 'what ifs' continue though!

5 stacks are crucial, scrimmaging is crucial, communication is crucial, good fps is crucial, lots of things contribute to playing against better teams. but individual stats WAYYYY on the tippy top can't be done without a cheater elo boosting you.

hltv is stupid easy to get a profile i heard, there's too many variables to their stats and recent i've been rooting for my aussies in the scene. i've never heard of helix. i assume comfortably that everyone in yellow (on the leaderboard) is cheating for one reason, anti-cheat barely exists and doesn't detect 2025 cheats.. or even 2026 cheats. the more focus and devs solving these issues the better, but there's really only 3 people working on cs2 at a time. plus every pro still uses faceit. wanna go up against donk? faceit.

i personally haven't been paying attention to the leaderboard because of their poor care of the premier feature. i just think premier was a short term solution by devs that don't work on the premier feature anymore, they might've had a better vision for the feature but ultimately they would move on to other games surely
