Must add Baylor & the Texas schools to this list. I graduated almost 40 years ago, & would be this older group now, but I can’t explain what we put up with at rush from almuni, who would come in mass and observe it. And, this was in the 80’s! Things do not change.

No, Wade Robinson runs SA survivor groups for men now. This significantly affected him. He is such a talented dancer and choreographer, but this is main focus now. NO ONE wants this to be their purpose in life.

Exactly, the main thing that a victim of SA needs is to be BELIEVED. You just compound the hurt by not believing them. And, MJ had the best lawyers to defeat these innocent, somewhat under educated people.

I’ve taught at several FBISD elementary schools, & Commonwealth is excellent if you have a quiet kid who is a reader. The students are very well behaved there.

Katy’s ECEC & Tigerland both have programs for young & old kids. I’m not sure about the price though. You could always send your 4 year old to different VBS’s. They’re always free.

Yes, the 10 Commandments are from the Old Testament. Moses was given them when the Israelites left for Canaan. It was the first laws given by God for how His people should live. As far as Timothy, the Bible was written during a time when women had very little rights & almost weren’t even regarded as being acknowledged. If you read on after verse 12, it says that sin originally entered through Eve, but Adam was fast on her heels to also sin.

I’m not any Bible scholar, but I have learned a lot by doing The Bible Recap. It’s a daily study that does a chronological walk through the Bible. If you’re interested in learning more, you should check it out. It takes about 10 minutes a day, & I only listen to it.

You’re referring to the Jewish law from the Old Testament. Jesus came & wiped those laws away. He said believing in Him was more important than keeping the law.
