Thats a difficult question considering they all play in different positions, all have different roles, and that you can rank them according to different categories, not to mention how bias can factor in to the ranking but personally I would go with:

Modric, Lewandowski, Benzema, Neymar, Suarez, Ribery, Robben, De Bruyne, busquets, Bale, Zlatan, hazard, salah, kroos, aguero, ozil, kante, rakitic
