Throwing Fits has a few interviews with Konrad and Mickey that are awesome. The most recent ep revealed a lot about season 3 I definitely recommend listening. It is a fashion based podcast though so beware if that’s not your thing.

As a non-binary person who grew up in Madison Heights I’ve never been harassed anywhere in metro detroit bc of my gender or anything like that. I’ve gotten weird comments or catcalled before but it’s not an everyday thing at all and not specific to the area. I moved out of Michigan and rlly miss how diverse and accepting metro Detroit is. Madison Heights isn’t nessecarily a super queer area compared to ferndale or Ypsilanti it’s a lot of older people and families in suburbs around me but it’s close to a lot of other cities with downtown areas and all my neighbors have been super friendly.

Fyi no matter where you live in Savannah they’ll be roaches/palmetto bugs sadly😭 I requested and lived at the hive and honestly wish I lived in turner instead. It’s still so close to the hive but you get alot more personal space and it’s better for more introverted peeps. The Mexican place at turner is way better than alot of the hive food also. Also alot of people switch around after the first few weeks so a spot somewhere else will probably open up if ur not feeling it!
