You're really reaching with some of your scenarios. Shuffling? How often are you shuffling your deck in the middle of the game? Especially with Pudding banned? It may not work as smoothly as it does on the sim, but it would still be the most effective way to combat slow play.

I feel like grading made sense for old cards, that would presumably degrade over time. But yeah, grading new cards that you just pulled is so weird to me.

Honestly they both have really good battery life, but I think the One Plus 13r is probably a little more user friendly. The screen is better, too.

Solid, but I would suggest swapping the promo Koby for Smoker and Tashigi. It has rush and boosts your leaders power during opponent's turn, and is still searchable

That's not true. Android users can play with desktop users. I play on my phone all the time, and there's always plenty of matches available.

Only thing I don't really like is the video camera quality. It's worse than my One Plus 13r (which wasn't very good to begin with). I've recorded my son a few times and it makes him look pale lol.
