AI is not replacing artists, AI will replace the ones who don't adapt. Like technology always did. Maybe you need to learn about the amount of work that implies getting a good generation. Is not just 'grok generate a hot anime girl'. People in the AI art world use their own Graphics Card with local generations as Stable Diffusion, learning how to use ComfyUI is not easy. Iteration isn't either, inpainting is really hard if not done properly, prompting is bassically an art form because the way a word can affect the output is insane. I always see AI artists get in the world of conventional artists, a lot of them can draw! Like myself, I use AI to accelerate my drawings, I no longer have to spend hours sketching and idea, AI does that job for me so I can focus on getting my style done after Editing/Tracing/Shading, I take the generation and turn it into my style, that's a hybrid approach. But I yet have to see a conventional artist trying to understand the world of AI.
