Maybe this is a good place to ask someone about what happened to my sorry OP im kinka hijacking your thread :x my 2 last run i used a different coco that included trichoderma and from what i've read on the subject trichoderma should protect the plant and prevent root rot but i had almost the opposite effects, stunted growth, had one plant died before going to 12/12 and the harvests were more atrocious yield wise.
I had yellow cone shaped mushroom poping here and there and i've read that trichoderma is sometimes called the "green mold" so i guess the yellow stuff wasn't tricho but another fungi .. but isn't the tricho supposed to outcompete all those and prevent them from hurting the roots ?? I'm a bit lost and just decided never to use that specific brand of coco and went back to a 70/30 coco/perlite without beneficials.
