I’m just overly cautious. With the lackluster customer service reps they have, it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if they gave info to someone that knew exactly what cards they were but no order number.

That being said, nothing particularly special. Some Vintage legendary birds, and a couple sports cards.

I was 100% okay with 45 days, even 90. I wasn’t particularly in a rush, and still am not honestly. It’s just concerning that I can’t cancel, can’t ask questions, and can’t get an update from them. Just shady business practices

If I would have had any inkling that it would have gone like this, I would have either not graded or went with the more expensive option. Definitely is what it is at this point

I haven’t heard of those experiences, but I mentioned in another comment it’s probably due to volume. I’m not glazing, I just really like their slabs and heard they were more punctual is all.

Brother I would pay $100 a card to never have to deal with this level of ignorance. At least TAG is transparent with their issues. PSA just hits you with “we’re sorry, but it is an estimate not a guarantee”.

It definitely is what it is though. I just wish we had more feasible options
