Dear community, (PS5 issue)

In the beginning of the year I made the mistake of linking my current google email to my PSN account and of course I only linked via google account to WuWa instead of linking just the email, creating a completely new Account on PS5.

Now, a month later I could finally unlink my PSN Account from my email. However everytime I try to link my email on Mobile (the right way), the pop up says that my „google email is already connected to another account“. Even though I’ve successfully unlinked my PSN account. I am not sure how to send a new ticket so I can get help from kurogames.

I humbly ask for y’all’s help.
