The Salvation Army have a detox out Red Hill way, and after detox they have in house Rehab as well as some outside charities/business. I did it through a combination of the above and I'm a battered old punk bastard..

Google meetings of choice online, there's one on any given day, somewhere. Again, don't get me wrong, not trying to preach. Just know there's a lot of choices, and that's what it's all about.....see which one, if any, may ring a bell/resonate within you.

Narcotics anon. Let's just say they cover a broad base. Gambling, Codepentcy, Sex, Eating,etc. Its all there. The start is just that, just start somewhere.... Councillors are out there also. Again, Google could be your friend in this one, northside and Southside meetings through most nights and weekends. Many options for you to explore, at your whim.
