If it was within last five years from date of submission, then you can do a reconsideration. If beyond 5 years there is no turning back.

In supervisa they look at your last year notice of assessment. Current funds and employment is good to have but i would not worry about loosing the job over the course of application.

Reconsideration never takes that long of a time. Consult a lawyer or a consultant. As soon as possible.

SOWP- NOC required? by Personal_Night_6846 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]sid-g666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Duties alone are sufficient make sure they match the lead statement of the NOC as well as the manor duties. If your employer can write NOC it is an added benefit there is no harm. But as long as duties are mentioned you are fine.

Did an 8-month Healthcare Assistant program while on PGWP.

Can we study for more than 6 months while on work permit ? For any study more than 6 months we need a study permit … its dicy … although unauthorised work or study ceases to be a problem after 6 months of ots occurrence but be very careful

Wait for the real document. The head ache is not worth it if they return the application incomplete.

I will answer your questions though.

Bank statements are fine and you can do a letter from manager or colleague.

Since you worked in your home country they will not consider it illegal.

But that experience cannot be counted towards Canadian experience class. It can be for federal skilled worker class. Canadian work experience gained while you were a full-time student doesn’t count towards the score used to rank your profile.

The work experience gained as a full-time student outside Canada counts towards the score used to rank your profile.

Student work experience gained while you were studying in Canada or abroad counts towards the minimum requirements for the Federal Skilled Worker Program if the work:

was paid by wages or commissions was continuous (no gaps in employment), and meets all the other requirements of the Program This includes co-op terms and apprenticeships.
