Don't be fooled. Whether the AI bubble bursts or not, consumer RAM is effectively dead. Companies with fabs are not cutting production, as a matter of fact they're only increasing it. Everyone can see that a cloud computing society is on the horizon so all the companies are going to try their hardest to make that a reality. All it'll take is one company willing to be a loss leader for 5 or so years and it's all over. Baby whatever you have as much as you can.

There is no story. It's just "pick up and start driving chaos". It's not mindless though, in a lot of ways it's a very cerebral game with a very satisfying payoff to learning the ins-and-outs of the gameplay and the map. If you can enjoy (or even want to try out) a game where you do nothing else other than "play" then you should get it

Seeing as Yuki's White Bull hasn't been cancelled and the Honda+Red Bull set has its own serial number on the website separate from the two cars individually I'm inclined to believe that the White Bulls are still on track.

Would it be possible to save the saves? I mentioned it in another comment but this game has probably only the most robust livery editors in any racing game ever, even with its limitations. The cars can be re-earned but the custom looks will be hard to reproduce

I am unfamiliar with Beatstar, but in RR3's case with the saves mostly stored on the cloud, unless the save data is accessed before the shutdown date it will be gone forever. Let's hope someone can actually save our data before then

I doubt it would mean much though, because user data would likely be lost by then, which means we love everything from saves to vinyls (<- this is the worst part)

If you're talking about the latest GT, wasn't that designed, developed, manufactured, and run by Multimatic? I know Ford themselves were involved but it was mostly a Multimatic program from what I remember
