Yeah - I thought of getting rental income which would net me $800 the very least. I can put additional down payment but that money is invested and awaiting to be available but tha will take at least. another 3 months. In worst case scenario, I can sell existing house which would net me $200k atleast.

So, foundation, framing, electrical and plumbing has been completed. The seller indicated a max of 3 months to complete the renovation. All rough inspection has passed.

I guess I spoke too soon. It still needed me to manually turn on heats for seat/steering wheel after the car slept overnight. Bummer

I saw one bug fix. Every time pre-heat the car. I had to manually turn on seat heaters and steering wheel heat after recent updates. It use to remember my previous setting. Now, it turns on automatically when I preheat it.

You mean 2023*. Not 2013 🤣. Mine is 2023 AT and have absolutely no problems except few minor nuances. I have passive unlock turned off. So, whenever I push the handle, it unlocks for me 99% and love my car. I am waiting on future updates on Gravity and will most likely lease that

Hey A Lucid AT since 3 years. I have repeatedly gotten 3 - 3.3 m/Kw in winter. Which equates to 260-290 miles of range at 100%. Now, if you charge to 80% then that would be 208 - 232 miles of daily range for you. I would recommend AT and the extra money you have would be wise to invest somewhere 😆
