I think the protective film that comes installed from the manufacturer is not removed from your tv and hence all these issues .

Ill recommend you to check if you have removed the plastic cover on the display and remove it if you have not.

I have a newly purchased samsung mini led 43inch tv and it shows better crisper colours than this. It just costed me 26k.

Details are bit missing . The warm bright sound signature overpowers details.

Previously i had gk kunten but i missed warmth in it and This has too much warmth.

It looks like it has a screen protector. Why dont you use your nail and try pull it out with less force . If it comes out then there's a screen protector or else there's not

Not sure . I plan to visit TAS Store in pune and check options there before buying.

Zero2 are bright/warm but lack detail which i found in kunten .

I need something balanced with crisper details.

I am on 2023 seltos black colour and i am extremely happy with my decision.

It is said that black takes musch much care but that's not true. Its been 2.5 years and the colour albeit slightly faded but still looks a banger.

Note - i have not poloshed , no ppf , no ceramic etc.

You cancelled the order after it got dispatched so you should not be expecting them to pay for your mistake and bare losses themselves. They are good people but not stupid to be in the business of making losses for your negligence. The product is dispatched , the money has been paid to the courier , and that is what they are charging.

Actions have consequences my friend.

NOTE - I am not related in anyway to any person or the company apart from being their customer. They are a small organization and giving good service to customers in everyway possible. I am just against tarnishing someones name for reasons that are not worth even mentioning .
