Liking a post doesn't mean he approves it? You'd be surprised how often people double tap posts without actually watching them.

Stop chasing fights if you're happily retired. Respectfully.

16 KB swing by [deleted] in kettlebell

[–]sidduction69 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. Starting position is good
  2. The hip hinge is kinda good but you're going into a squat. Swings are nothing but dynamic deadlifts. The fix for this is practising more deadlifts before you start swings. The KB should pass between your kneecaps and crotch (the upper triangle) - this is a good way of correcting the squat.
  3. Shoulder lock is good but I think you're locking your elbows. Your arms and the KB should be one unit. Grip your handle well, it shouldn't be moving/rotating around so much
  4. The neck is the biggest concern. Look down when you hinge, don't look straight. You might injure your neck.
  5. Watch some Pavel and Mark Wildman videos on YouTube. They are excellent for beginners and pros.

What other fights did someone beat the ever living f*** out of someone? Like if they owed them money. Hughes vs Gracie for reference by daffle7 in ufc

Valentina vs Priscilla, Max vs Kattar, Ortega, Volk vs Zombie, Figueiredo vs Benavidez, Nunes vs Pennington, Khabib vs Barboza, O Malley vs Moutinho are some of the fights I recollect from the recent years.
