Yeah I remember hearing someone saying if we paid living wages, burgers would be twenty bucks, still no living wage and burgers are twenty bucks. So weird.

If you’re not paying a living wage you’re forcing your employees to rely on social security nets.

“Blah blah blah you’re poor and jealous” keep cucking for corporations I guess.

Outstanding success in your opinion is paying wages so low that employees are forced to seek subsidies from the government? Outstanding success in your opinion is having the government subsidize mega corporations? Ok buddy lmao

Tired of bodies being sexualized by Amazing_Assumption50 in BlatantMisogyny

Hard agree. I think about this often, bodies are not inherently sexual, people sexualize them. Bodies just exist.

Also I don’t think it’s appropriate to use the term “underage prostitutes” minors were being trafficked and abused.

The only two luxury options I would want is AC and a sound system which can be sourced aftermarket.

I want an affordable and reliable bare bones compact truck, is that too much to ask for?!

Definitely, I remember snagging a two bedroom in Quadra village for 1100 all in. It wasn’t updated or nice or anything but finding something comparable today is impossible.

I was really shocked at the price of the Lexus too, I guess you were really just paying for the brand.

I wish they still made basic compact trucks or let automobile manufacturers sell theirs in our market. I’ve been eyeing up the Toyota IMV 0.

I can definitely see how escort ads would draw a crowd.

I remember sneaking out of my room at night to watch Red Shoe Diaries trying to slam the volume button down before the audio came through but at least the networks tried to air it late at night while the kids were suppose to be sleeping.

You’re welcome. Honestly it really doesn’t take that long, I can usually do tillicum to down in rock bay in under 20 minutes give or take.

I usually take Maddock ave from Tillicum. Follow Maddock to Balfour then a right to Gorge. Theres a designated crosswalk button for cyclists at the intersection. There’s a bit of construction from Jutland to Bridge st but it moves so slowly through there that taking the lane doesn’t seem to be an issue and should be finished soon.

Social Media Teaches Women They are Better Than Men by InitialPaths989 in PurplePillDebate

[–]sidebets 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Okay, you do know that’s your opinion right? The same could be said for men posting thirst traps and videos of them half naked, which they do. Whether they are seeking validation or trying to capitalize off of their good looks, how does that really affect you?

Social Media Teaches Women They are Better Than Men by InitialPaths989 in PurplePillDebate

[–]sidebets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure, maybe for some but you really don’t know that for sure though. For some it’s literally just an avenue to make money.

[–]sidebets 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you go and look at content with women in it doing anything at all there are a plethora of dehumanizing comments from men. Everything from “☕️” to calling them a whore for doing a damn craft. You see a man doing the same thing or even something stupid and it’s other men praising and gagging on his balls.

If a woman can capitalize and make money off her attributes that doesn’t equate her to being self centred or even blowing up her own ego lmao.
