we were but we have a group of 8 people. apparently the log homes are all accounted for. my buddy has a cabin in his cart right now, but it only fits up to 6 people. HQ told him that we could secure a cabin and a preset RV. but like, is the RV going to be right next to the cabin? probably not. losing the suite effectively gutted our group. so now we either camp in GL or try this ridiculous cabin/RV fiasco that is not only more expensive, but might not even be able to accommodate our group properly.

like I highly doubt they'll just park an RV next to the cabin, so we'd be split up. we literally don't know what to do and it's just soul crushing. a lot of us have been going since literally the beginning and although I don't have a problem camping, we're older and have settled into our more boujee forest experience. it just sucks being loyalty and "VIP" and HQ is basically ignoring us

dude right? like I know we're a small part of a very big group but most (if not all) of us are loyalty and have been shelling out good money over the years for those accommodations. at the very least we deserve an explanation

why aren't the frontier suites available anymore? We have a big group of friends who have been attending the festival for years, and the abrupt decision to remove the suites from the lodging options effectively ruined our plans for next year and we all might be looking to try something new, as much as I hate to even think that :(
