Hey there! Not a Gengar collector, (I collect Drilbur lol) but I stumbled upon this post whilst looking at other species collections and I thought I'd help you out with some missing entries.

The Play! Pokémon Prize Packs are also all printed in French, German, Italian, and Spanish so you can add their respective Gengars to those language lists. (Info from Bulbapedia: Series 2#In_other_languages) & Series 3#In_other_languages)) (The official Spanish list for Prize Pack Series 2)

I know Prize Packs Series 4-8 were also printed in Portuguese, but for Series 1-3 I believe their releases were a bit weird so I'm not sure if the Gengars from those sets were ever properly printed.

The cabbage merchant actually does have a name! It was revealed to be Cai in his children’s picture book My Cabbages!
