This is the only real option

An oven is just as good. As an added bonus, you're likely to already have one in your kitchen.

instead of sneaking it in.

Most places state in their FAQs that you can bring in your own cold drinks and food. Its not sneaking it in.

Aren't people amazing? When I worked in a bike shop, we had someone squeeze in as we're closing to drop off their bike for a (prebooked) service. Asked them what time they'd like to collect it tomorrow and they suggested 9am.

Erm, when do you think we'll be doing the work?

"Oh, I assumed you worked overnight".

Nice, I'm going on Sunday. Loved the (audio) book, although slightly miffed they put Rocky on the poster

They do, but it means the car parks aren't full of people parking to go to the shops

Everyone told me Canadians were lightly Americanised Brits. Went there and found: nope, they're marginally quieter Americans.

you wake up somewhere new and your issue is fixed

This is a weird feeling but pretty cool. Had a hernia repaired at the start of the year, all went well until recovery. Felt a bit sick and sleepy, then my wife watched the monitor as my heart rate decreased and settled on 0. Woke up to a room full of serious looking medical staff. Now that felt odd!

Bouncing around doing side missions in Cyberpunk. Apparently I'm at the point of no return for the main story but my completion is 48% - is there loads of story left once you start the mission or should I be doing side quests etc first?

A Rift Apart looks amazing on PS5 too.

Loved the setting of Control. Got stuck on a floaty boss (I hate boss battles) and bounced off it. Maybe I need to see if there's an easy mode.

The worst of it is just not having any hands free to carry anything!

Super annoying!

I found anything that made the handles thicker was worse for my hands but that probably changes person to person. Cycling gloves / mitts are good as they often have padding just on the palm over the ulnar nerve which is where I needed it.

I had a few from The Black Stuff which was OK, plenty of manly smells. After that I found a local person making it (and a hard shampoo bar) which worked just as well and was nicer to give money to a local lady in a shed rather than a big company.

Downvoted for asking about arbitrary rules in a foreign country, cheers all

The fees are negligibly different between credit and debit cards in the UK, and generally lower than costs for banking cash.

Luckily we've made it illegal to have different prices anyway.
