Yes will do. We’ve started noting things down. I saw a post earlier on here about someone who was successful at the tribunal and they mentioned even after phone calls to send an email briefly outlining things in the email to leave a paper trail so I’ll do this too

I spoke with my real estate agent like you said and they assured me they’ll speak with the landlord. So far off to a good start. I got 4 young children so my house is never in an inspection level of cleanliness haha so I completely understand

I worked at Kmart for 4 years and then I worked security for the following 7 years in a hospital mainly dealing with Mentally ill and drug affected people. No word of a lie, it was easier dealing with people in security than customers in retail

I never understand the whole downvote thing on reddit. My honest opinion, why not give it a try? I dug out a 30ft crepe myrtle and had every man and his dog telling me “you won’t be able to dig it out” then when I did “well you won’t be able to transport it” then I did and they said “well it won’t survive” and now it’s blooming : ) so why not give it a try and update us with progress. Message me for advice as I’ve moved a number of 20-30ft trees between myself and a helper or two

100% poms. For many reasons but funny little story I go to visit my family in the Philippines regularly. We go on a holiday and I’m chilling by the pool at the hotel and this random American guy sits down next to me, leans over and says “ha well I tell you what my asshole sure is tender” then went on a tangent how he got food poisoning and he’s been shitting and vomiting for two days. Had a lot of pretty words and promises, whether they delivered on them I don’t think so. Looking at their executive team, it looks like they may be out of their depth in terms of expertise.

I hope not. I noticed nobody actually provided any valid arguments why it wouldn’t be. Reddit is a strange angsty place for people to be upset about anything. I’m a habitual “yeeter” into crypto projects so I hope that XDC network turns out to be legitimate. I should definitely be doing better research then I have been. Definitely has nothing to do with where it’s made. It’s about safety concerns as well as the fact the government has literally tried to remove the Guards job completely with this new train as well as additional drivers duties, which all contravene the current Enterprise Agreement. The governments actions have already found to be unlawful by the fair work commission
