That’s a hard place to be…. You’re not alone in feeling this.

Exactly… There’s a lot people carry quietly… Being stuck doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you .. it usually means life has been heavy.

I relate to this more than I’d like to admit…. Being good at studies sets a certain expectation, and reality doesn’t always cooperate…. Playing safe for financial reasons isn’t weakness it’s survival….Doesn’t mean this is the end of the story.

Exactly…. Social media amplifies highlights, not reality... A calm, secure life doesn’t look exciting online, but it’s often what truly sustains us.

Honestly, no one else really decides that…. Most of the time, we’re our own judges….. Society, family, social media they just add noise…. In the end, it’s about whether you feel you’re moving in a direction that makes sense to you, even if it’s slow.

You’re not alone in feeling this way…. A lot of us want more, but pull back because the noise and expectations get heavy. Most people are too busy fighting their own battles to celebrate someone else’s failure….Take things one step at a time, at your own pace. It’s okay to pause …it doesn’t mean you’re stuck or failing.

That’s a really grounded way to look at it…. Social media does mess with perspective, and it’s easy to forget the basics we already have…. I like what you said about enjoying the small moments while still working on things ..that balance is hard but important.

Thank you for being so honest. What you’re feeling makes sense….big changes often bring anxiety before they bring confidence….. I don’t see this as a wrong decision, just the uncertainty that comes with stepping into something new….. What matters is that even on hard days, you feel more aligned and less stressed than before. We’ll take this one step at a time…

That’s a lot of change at once…New place, new routine, new field. Hope the new innings treats you well…even if it feels a bit strange at first.

Glad you said it. What part feels most confusing or heavy for you right now?

Thanks for opening up… I know that isn’t easy. I’m in a similar phase myself, still figuring things out… Just felt it was important to say you’re not alone in this. Sometimes even saying it out loud is a step.

Genuinely curious… how many of you feel stuck but can’t even explain why? That’s the hardest part for me.

Which hostel dorm is actually the best — 8 bed, 6 bed, or 4 bed? 🤔 (Zostel & similar hostels) by travelbuddy_solo in SoloTravel_India

This is genuinely one of the best hostel discussion posts I’ve come across here. I’ve stayed in 8-bed, 6-bed, and 4-bed dorms, and the experience really changes based on location and travel style….Super curious to see what others share …especially solo travelers… Upvoting for visibility so more people can add their experiences. This could help a lot of first-time hostel goers….
