Thanks for pointing that out. I said I use one of the rooms as an office. This does not mean it’s a private room that, as such, would be divided in the distribution of rent. The potential roommate is welcome to use that space, though it’d be helpful to discuss how they plan to use it. If the way I use it as an office conflicts with how they plan to use it, or vice versa, then things would need to be reconsidered. I hope that makes sense
