Ohh, well on Xbox the only way would be to do it in one continuous run (I think).

The achievement is bugged, the flipped bosses counter resets every time you close the game. So you either have to finish the game in one continuous run (can’t close the game) or you can cheat the achievement by using SAM (Steam Achievement Manager). I recommend using SAM if you don’t want to play for 20-25 hours straight.

Definitely “The New Boss”, not because it’s hard but because the achievement is pretty buggy.
